Key Features
  • The vertical and horizontal combination type abnormity sander needle has excellent sand cutting effect for wooden doors, cabinet doors, shutters, furniture, photo frames and carved furniture parts.
  • Vertical and horizontal combined type special sanding machine can effectively solve the problems of engraving furniture parts and vertical sand mark of cupboard door.
  • This machine adopts the concept of modular design abroad, each sanding unit uses frequency conversion speed regulation, to meet the requirements of different parts processing technology, so that the effect of sand is more perfect.
  • Each group of sanding units designed for withdrawable rack or replacement of sand, emery cloth sanding components can be more portable, easy operation and maintenance.
  • Models have two sets of lifting devices. The first set a table to achieve the overall adjustment of integral lifting height of sand, second sets of devices can make each sanding unit lift alone, in order to meet the different workpiece sanding process requirements, make the sanding effect more perfect.
